GRESIK – As part of its efforts to nurture a Qur’anic and religious generation, CIS Gresik organized a Qur’an Recitation event. This event served as an opportunity for Primary students to recite their memorized verses in front of examiners and teachers in person.

A calm and solemn atmosphere filled the room as, one by one, the students sat facing their supervising teachers. With great confidence, these young memorizers recited the sacred verses of the Qur’an in accordance with the memorization targets set by the school.

Beyond the spiritual aspect, the Tasmi’ event also cultivates students’ mental resilience and discipline. As seen in the photos of the event, the warm interaction between teachers and students fosters a supportive learning environment, allowing students to feel at ease even during the assessment process.

CIS Gresik remains committed to integrating the academic curriculum with the reinforcement of religious values. Through regular programs like this, it is hoped that the Quran will not only be memorized but also become an integral part of the students’ daily character from an early age.
