Chalidana Islamic School (CIS) focuses on providing and nurturing high-quality education based on Islamic values and practices. We aim to nurture confident Muslims, innovative citizens, and smart leadership skills to prepare students to face modern challenges and contribute to both local and global societies by:

Chalidana Islamic School (CIS) employs the CIS–Keys to Students’ Success Model, fostering experiential learning to ensure students are well-prepared for the 21st-century world:

• C - Confident Muslims who possess a strong foundation in aqeedah, uphold high Islamic values and ethics and demonstrate moral character while maintaining awareness of physical, mental, and social-emotional well-being.

• Islam places a high value on education, considering it the foundation for a successful life and the hereafter. We apply the theological concept of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamaah with Imam Shafi'i's Risalah.

  • Adab: Refers to the duties and responsibilities set out in the Shari‘ah and in Islamic teaching generally.
  • Akhlak: Refers to the manners associated with good breeding and the qualities of character possessed by a good Muslim, following the example of the Prophet Muhammad.

  • To prepare future-ready students, CIS authentically assesses student progress using multiple and varied methods that inform educators and parents of the extent to which learning is occurring and that serve as positive feedback for student success.
